ADJUDICATION

Sarah works as an adjudicator for dance competitions around New Zealand and internationally. She is able to adjudicate all dance styles (ballet, contemporary, jazz, acro, hip hip and tap). In 2017 she was a New Zealand regional adjudicator for the Asian Grand Prix Ballet Competition. In 2020 Sarah was invited to be a regional judge again for all international locations of the AGP. Sarah has also been a judge for Grounded: Battle of the Arts Auckland in 2017.

Sarah believes dance competitions should be accessible to all dancers. They are a wonderful opportunity for students to develop their confidence, performance skills, technique, and stage craft. Sarah’s feedback has been praised as the most thorough some teachers and competitions organizers have ever seen.
