Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called “tapping,” is a gentle, self-help method that combines elements of psychology and acupressure. By tapping on specific points on the body—similar to acupuncture points—while focusing on emotional challenges or stress. EFT helps to calm the nervous system, release emotional blocks, and restore balance. It’s simple, non-invasive, and can be used to support emotional wellbeing, reduce anxiety, ease physical discomfort, and promote a sense of peace and clarity. EFT is scientifically backed with a growing body of research developing about its significant positive impact on people’s wellbeing.
Sarah has completed her Level 1&2 EFT training with Lauren Brittain (certified International EFT Trainer with the EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Academy), and her Level 3 and Matrix Reimprimitng training with Caroline Dawson.
Sarah will be available for client sessions later in 2025 and will focus on dancer wellbeing, young women’s and teens’ mental health.
